Project

Supporting, Supervising & providing Consultation to project contractor in planning, procurement, Execution & Finalizing the project to successfully complete its listed goals and deliverables. This involves identifying and managing risks, resource management, smart budgeting, and clear communication across multiple teams and stakeholders. Review contractor .

Licensing

Full study for requirements, time of submittal, license duration, etc., will be planned, and all critical paths (End to Start) will be considered to avoid any delay. more time can be saved by overlapping or parallel submittal if applicable. Location License. Design License. MOMRA Building License. Civil Defense License. Construction License. Importing License. Radioactive Sources License. First Hot Production. GMP License. Pharmaceutical Production License. All other related license

On Site Training

Onsite training on Radio Pharmaceuticals & Cyclotron operations, can take place at YOUR workplace in a space provided by your organization, and employees from your company attend. Sometimes onsite training can be arranged in a traditional classroom-like room, but it can also take place in conference rooms.

Knowledge Transfer

Sharing or disseminating of knowledge and providing all inputs & outcomes for Running the Tracercenter through a full program of theoretical & practical training into phases; reaching to a hands on, and mentoring phase.
